Whew, this day flew by!
I did a lot of dinner prep this afternoon (post to come tomorrow) and then I got a good work-out in.
I did 4.25 miles in about 50 minutes while watching the newest episode of the Biggest Loser. This was obviously a jog/walk combination. It was schweaty, nonetheless!
Afterward I did some abs, arms, and stretching. Stretching felt AH-mazing! My legs were so tight! I need to incorporate more yoga into my routine.
I whipped up a Cherry Green Monster to tide me over while I showered.
- Frozen Banana
- Frozen Black Cherries
- Coconut Milk
- Scoop Maca
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
For the second portion of my lunch, I made a HUGE bowl of veggies.
- Baby carrots
- Cherry tomatoes
- Sabra Hummus
- Leftover Black beans n’ corn
- Nutritional Yeast
I topped it with sriracha and devoured it with a side of blue corn tortilla chips.
Then I hit up the mall for a little bra-shopping. Ugh, does anyone else find this frustrating?
Since, I’ve lost weight I’ve been kind of “in between” sizes and nothing seems to fit right! Maybe I should looks somewhere other than Victoria’s Secret?
Okay, enough about my undergarments.
I came home and finished making my delicious dinner, which was inspired by a fellow blogger! It included a few new-to-me ingredients and it turned out delicious!
When I got home, I had these waiting for me on the doorstep:
The man has been in the doghouse.
I guess I’ll forgive him.
