It suppressed my appetite after about 3 weeks so am to say it worked for me! When I take it 30 minutes before eating, I can only eat a very small amount of food. It makes me full and even if I want to eat more I just cannot. Thumbs up!

I took the supplement for four weeks and watched what I ate with a little exercise. I did not see any weight loss. I think it’s a waste of money and I am just going to diet and increase my exercises.
