What is the problem with Cerebral Palsy?
Cerebral palsy (CP) is an umbrella term encompassing a group of non-progressive, non-contagious diseases that cause physical disability in human development. The incidence in developed countries is approximately 2.12 – 2.45 per 1000 live births. Incidence has not declined over the last 60 years despite medical advances (such as electro-fetal monitoring) because these advances allow extremely low birth weight and premature babies to survive. Cerebral refers to the affected area of the brain, the cerebrum (however the centres have not been perfectly localized and the disease most likely involves connections between the cortex and other parts of the brain such as the cerebellum) and palsy refers to disorder of movement. CP is caused by damage to the motor control centers of the young developing brain and can occur during pregnancy (about 75 percent), during childbirth (about 5 percent) or after birth (about 15 percent) up to about age three.
Eighty percent of causes are unknown; for the small number where cause is known this can include infection, malnutrition, and/or head trauma in very early childhood. It is a non-progressive disorder, meaning the brain damage does not worsen, but secondary orthopedic deformities are common. There is no known cure for CP. Medical intervention is limited to the treatment and prevention of complications possible from CP’s consequences.CP is the second-most expensive developmental disability to manage over the course of a person’s lifetime (second to mental retardation), with an average lifetime cost per person. Onset of arthritis and osteoporosis can occur much sooner in adults with CP. Further research is needed on adults with CP, as the current literature body is highly focused on the pediatric patient. CP’s resultant motor disorder(s) are sometimes, though not always, accompanied by disturbances of sensation, cognition, communication, perception, and/or behavior, and/or by a seizure disorder

How could a cerebral palsy kid in a wheelchair help his middle school football team?
It’s hard to know from the way the question is worded whether the boy has expressed interest in helping the team, or whether he is in a physical education class that is playing football, and the teacher is trying to include him. If he wants to help the team, he could track their statistics (number of passes completed etc). But if he’s in a class that’s playing football, I would suggest that they play flag football in the gym – he could either push himself, or someone could push him, and he could participate directly in the game.
Should a cerebral palsy woman who is in a wheel chair. Be loud to have children?
I think you should not worry about what other families do – maybe she wants to have children, maybe her family is there helping her not hindering or using her, rumors are just that rumors and unless you have first hand knowledge of the day to day goings on in her home you should mind your own business – not to sound rude or anything but you do not know what goes on behind closed doors and therefore no amount of speculation will answer your questions properly. If you feel they are abusing her (physically mentally etc) in some way, call the police, or a social worker even an adult protection officer let them investigate and if there are any shady dealings they can sort it out, otherwise just mind your business it does not concern you.

CP is the result of disruption of the parts of the brain that control movement.
